About Kova
Kova is a personal expense tracking application developed by DevTech Solutions, a registered business in Guyana. Kova is available on the Apple App Store and is free to use with no subscriptions or paywalls.
Data Collection
Kova does not collect any personal information. All data you enter into the app — including expense amounts, categories, income figures, and pay cycle dates — is stored exclusively on your device using local device storage.
No data is transmitted to any server, third party, or external service at any time.
Account Requirements
Kova does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal details to use the app. There is no registration process of any kind.
Analytics and Tracking
Kova does not use any analytics tools, advertising SDKs, crash reporting services, or tracking technologies. We have no visibility into how you use the app.
Data Export
Kova includes an optional CSV export feature. When you use this feature, a file is generated on your device and you are presented with your device's native share sheet to save or send it wherever you choose. DevTech Solutions does not receive a copy of this file.
Children's Privacy
Kova does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app is safe for all ages.
Changes to This Policy
If we make any changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Any future version of Kova that introduces data collection will disclose this clearly before you use those features.
